Steps

First take gram flour and add salt, turmeric, celery and baking powder and mix everything. And add oil and mix it well.

Now add some water and knead it. And make a dough.

Now make it into small lemon shaped balls and give it a cone shape.

Now press it slightly from below and gently move it forward by hand.

Now lift your Phapada (fafda) with the help of a knife.

Now when the oil is heated in the pan, fry your fafda then on medium flame. Likewise fry all your fafda.

Now your fafda is ready in 15 minutes. Now eat it with jalebi.
