Soak rice for ten minutes. Meanwhile chop all the veggies.

In a cooker, add oil, once oil is hot add jeera. And then onions.

Once the onions is brown in colour add all veggies and mix it well.

Once veggies are soft, add all the masalas. And mix them nicely so that masalas raw taste should go.

Now add leftover bhaji and mix again. Now add rice, mix and cover for two minutes.

Now add water & bring it to boil. Then cover the cooker and wait for one whistle, then just slow the flame & wait for 1-2 minutes and now switch off the gas.

Let the cooker cool down.

Super tasty Bhaji-Pulao is ready, serve with masala onion and curd.
