Semolina balls
Steps

Take a pan add semolina roast it and keep it side for cool down

Now take a another pan add oil into it and add green chilli and ginger saute it well and add water.

Now let the water boil,add salt and add semolina slowly that no lumps should form.

Keep aside for cooling and after cooling make ball of it and steam it for 8-10 mins.

After steaming let it cool and fry them.

And add 2 spoon of lemon juice for better taste

Serve it with sauce or chutney.
