Rose Masala Mathri

Wash spinach and rinse. Churn in a mixie jar with ginger and chilli and make puree. Peel beetroot and cut and take in a mixie jar add 4tbsp. Water and churn.

Take maida in a paraat add salt melted ghee and carrom seeds mix well and divide ina 4 parts.

Add garlic paste in one part mix well and knead a soft dough. Same way add turmeric powder in second part and knead a soft dough.

Now strain beetroot pulp and mix in a3 rd part. And make a soft dough.n roll big roti cut in a round shape.

Now add spinach puree to knead green colour dough. All 4 colours dough are ready.Now roll big roti from all dough n cut in a round shape.

Now make 4 part apply water and attach all 4 colour puri and roll cut from middle and just open all edges with soft hand.

Heat oil and fry on a slow flame. Tasty beautiful rose masala mathri is ready to serve.
