Steps

Boil to pasta in water added with salt and little oil.

Heat the pan put butter and maida in a pan and saute for 1 minute continue till good aroma. remember things doesn't change the color of the mixture.

Add slowly chilled milk into a maida mixture to maintain the consistency and temperature cook to avoid the lumps.

Heat the pan put some oil add onion saute, add all veggies and sprinkle some salt on it saute for some time.

Add boil pasta into veggies, ginger garlic powder chili Flakes, oregano, and salt to taste saute for 2 minutes.

Add white sauce to pasta and cook for 2 minutes.

Garnishing with chilli flakes.
