Ingredients

8 medium sized

3 cupsall purpose flour
1/8 cupgranulated sugar
1 cupwarm whole milk or warm water
1/4 cupmelted butter
1/2 tspsalt (skip if using salted butter)
1/2 tbspinstant dry yeast
1/4 tsppowdered milk flavour

Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and milk flavour in a bowl.

Add warm water and butter to it then stir till combined.

Knead on a clean work surface until a smooth dough is formed.

Cover and allow to rest for 1½ hr or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide into 8 pcs, 70g each (you should have an extra 65g left)

Cover the rest while you work with one at a time.

Shape into a bun, pinching the edges well, then roll into a log (to see the video, check my INSTAGRAM story highlight)

Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving small spaces in-between (for when it rises)

Cover and allow to rest again until doubled in size (30mins)

Bake in a preheated oven @400°F 10-15mins

Brush with melted butter once of out the oven (optional)
