Take all ingredients except oil for deep fry,in big bowl,mix well add water to make hard dough.Rest it for 15 minutes.

Now knead it neatly,take a medium ball and make a chapati,medium thick. Cut puris with a cookie cutter.

Heat the oil on medium flame drop the puries one by one.Deep fry neatly from both the sides.

When they becomes crispy,take it out.

When all puris are ready serve with chutney or tea.
