Ingredients

  • 500 groasted eggplants
  • 200 gtahina
  • 2-3 spoonsPuck cream or yougart (if available)
  • Lemon
  • Garlic or garlic powder
  • Lemon salt
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Olive oil

  1. 1

    Peel skin of roasted eggplant.. put the flesh in a bowl

  2. 2

    Put tahina sauce on it with puck cream or yougart.. add lemon juice and other ingredients. Mix it and its ready to eat..

  3. 3

    You can serve it put on olive oil.. peprika or olives.. with bread or traditional arabic bread (khuboos)
