Cut and wash big pieces of cauliflower and blanch in hot water for 5 minutes

Take dry ingredients as shown add 1 tsp oil and lemon juice and marinate blanched cauliflower for 20 minutes

Now add corn flour and all-purpose flour and coat florets by sprinkling some water

Fry in hot oil

Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and chilli fry for 2 minutes add chopped onion

Add Soya sauce sezwan chutney vinegar tomato catch-up salt pepper powder half cup water

Add fried cauliflower mix well on high flame.. garnish with green garlic and coriander
