Masala cauliflower

Cut small florets of cauliflower. Dip these into hot water for 5 to 10 min.

After 10 min.drain water. Heat oil fry cauliflower florets.

Transfer fried florets to a plate sprinkle ginger,saunf,garam masala and half tsp red chilli powder over Gobhi.

Now in the same kadai add ginger, garlic paste saute well add chopped onion cook till brown.

At this stage add chopped tomatoes cook well. Add salt, one tsp red chilli powder little water cook till tomatoes turn to a fine gravy.

Now add cauliflower mix well. Add little water cover the kadhai cook fo 3 to 4 min.

Open and saute well. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and green leaves of coriander. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with chapati,Naan etc.its very yummy.
