Steps

Put chicken cubes/qeema with egg, salt, soy sauce and black pepper in food processor, grind till fine and mixed well

Keep in fridge for 15_20mins

Boil 2cups water in a pan. Wet hands and Make small balls of qeema (its sticky) and put in boiling water

When color of chicken balls changes take out immediately in a plate don't overcook as we have to fry them.

Save the water as stock for rice

Don't put all balls together in water put according to size of pan.

Heat oil and add onions, zeera when golden (dont brown it) add ginger garlic paste and fry for few mins, add chicken balls, mix well then add dahi few green chillies, red crushed chillies and fry well (bhun lein achi tarha)

Add all veggies and mixed well then add stock of balls, chicken cubes or powder, salt and add water if stock is less when boil comes add rice and cook adjust salt. When water dries put on dum.

Very delicious and different style of rice, serve with Russian salad. No raita is needed.

For Russian salad mix salt, sugar, cream black pepper in Mayonnaise, add all veggies and apples, mix and cool.
