Steps

Wash and cut all the veggies, chopped tomatoes and cut onion in slices

Heat oil in a wok add slice onion when onion turn brown add cumin seed

Now add chopped tomatoes when tomatoes become soft add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chaat masala, kasuri methi, red chili, turmeric and salt, now saute till oil floats above and all the raw smell evaporates

Now add cauliflower and potatoes mixed it with all the spices

Now add all the other veggies mixed it

Add little water, cover the lid and cooked till veggies become soft and tender.

Serve hot with naan
