Wash your chicken parts properly and, dice your carrot, green pepper and onion

Grate the Scotch bonnet, pepper and onion, peel your potato wash and dice

Place your chicken parts in a pot, add in garlic paste, ginger powder, cloves powder, nutmeg, thyme, curry, bay leaves, mintleave, white pepper, black pepper, mix seasoning, seasoning, salt, grated Scotch bonnet and chop onion cover and allow it cook for 10mnt

Add some boil water, veg oil and cover the pot for another 10mnt then add in potato and cover the pot and allow the chicken to cook until tender

Then add in Carrots, boil egg and green pepper cover the pot for 3mnt and serve
