Steps

Cut and wash properly bathua.

Take a pan add oil roast jeera hing & red chilli after that add chopped garlic.

Roast it proper & add chopped tomato now put the lid & leave it for some time

Cooked well & add potato after 2 to 3 min we add chopped bathua salt & haldi powder

Cover it with lid on high flame after 5 min we can check it so we cook it more 6 to 8 min.

When the water soaked well remove the lid and leave it for roast add almond powder & a small piece of gur.

Its ready to eat for raita take half cup chopped bathua 3clove chopped garlic roast red chilli bathua & garlic in ghee.

Beat the curd smooth & mix the material in it add black salt & roasted jeera its ready to eat.

For paratha take 200ģram atta add a big bowl of chopped bathua curd salt coriander powder haldi powder chilli powder amchur & ajwain

A smooth dough and make paratha one thing always wash properly bathua because it has so many unwanted particles
