To make fine pieces of giya.Add gram flour,salt, red chilli powder, water and mix well.

Take a kadai on medim flame add oil on it and make a kofta in round shape and fry it. Now kofta is ready to serve.

Now chopped the veggie for tadka. Take a cooker on flame add oil,cumin seeds,garlic, onion,tomato,salt, turmeric and red chilli powder on it and mix well. NOW add water and wait for 10 mins for ready for sbji.

Now gheeya kofta veggie is ready to serve. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
