  • 250 gmCauliflower florets
  • 3/4 cupBesan
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 TspTurmeric
  • 1/2 Tspred chilli powder
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

20 minute
  1. 1

    Remove florets from the stem, in a large vessel boil with some salt. Drain it.

    In a mixing bowl add Besan, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.

    Add water to make pouring consistency batter, dip florets in batter.

    Heat oil in kadai and deep fry till crisp. Serve hot with tea.
