  • 2 cupshot boiled rice,cooked dry
  • 11/2 cupsheavy cream
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • to tastesalt
  • to tasteCelery salt
  • to tastePaprika
  • 3 tablespoonstomato catsup

    Blend all ingredients and heat thoroughly in double boiler. Serve hot with a green salad.
