Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAlmonds, blanched
  2. 3-4ea. Garlic cloves, peeled
  3. 4-5 slicesBread (white part only) soaked in cold water
  4. 1/2 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
  5. 2 Tbsp.Sherry vinegar
  6. 2– 2 ½ cups Water, cold
  7. as neededSalt
  8. as neededGround black pepper
  9. as neededWhite seedless grapes for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In a food processor blend the almonds and garlic, add the soaked and drained bread, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain, vinegar and water, season, check the texture, as it might need more Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain or vinegar.

    Refrigerate and serve chilled with the grapes floating on top.
