This dosa is packed full of nutrients and very healthy. Very easy to make and no need to ferment. It’s made of quinoa and oats.

Steps

Rinse the qunioa, oats and lentils. Drain all the water and soak with 3 cups of water for overnight or 4 hours.

Drain all the water and then add to blender with water. Add salt and mix well.

Allow to rest for 20 minutes (optional) or start making the dosa right way.

Preheat a non-stick griddle on low heat and pour the batter. Spread it into a thin dosa. Add little ghee or oil around the sides.

Dosa starts to turn golden brown. Gently fold the dosa and serve immediately. Enjoy with coconut chutney.

Before making the next dosa make sure to lower the heat by sprinkling some water or wipe the pan with wet paper towel.
