Oreo cookies spread

Sometimes you have leftover cookies left by kids, may become soggy don't worry don't throw it away .....just powder it in a mixie and add condensed milk to it and you get a beautiful yummy cookie spread which you can put on breads and have in place of butter and jam .
Here I had some Oreo cookies not eaten by my son and some leftover Dulce de Leche made with condensed milk ( by boiling/steaming the condensed milk can in a pot of water)...so I mixed both and created a yummy spread. You can use any cookies/ biscuits.

I took about leftover 5 Oreo cookies and did not discard the cream of the cookies...you can take more or less depending upon the leftover condensed milk or Dulce le Che you have.

Make a powder of it in a mixer grinder jar and add the Condensed milk or Dulce de Leche to it and blend. Your spread is ready. Check the consistency. It looks quite runny but later on it thickens up. You can adjust the proportions depending on the types of cookies used.

Spread it on breads and have it. Bon Appetit!!!!
