Ingredients

7 ozdark chocolate (200 g)
1/4 cupbutter (60 g)
1egg yolk
4 tablespoonspowdered sugar
Unsalted pistachios
Cocoa powder

Steps

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Remove from heat and add the butter, egg yolk, powdered sugar, and lightly crushed pistachios.

Chill in the refrigerator.

Shape into balls and roll in cocoa powder. Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.

Store in the refrigerator.
