1 kgboiled potato
500 grm frying pipes
7 garlic cloves
2 tps red chilli powder
1tps garam masala
1tps cumin coriander powder
2tps oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
as per tasteSalt

Firstly boiled potato

Now heat a oil in a pan add garlic cloves,or mixture of red chilli powder and lemon juice

Add potato and mix well and add some coriander leaves
4

Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve with frymes
