Ingredients

  • 100 gmswhole moong sprouts(you can take mix sprouts)
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1cucumber
  • 1pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup sweetcorn
  • as requiredPaneer cubes
  • as tasteSalt
  • Pinchblack salt
  • as tasteBlack pepper
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 tspimli gud chutney
  • As per taste Chat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly soak moong dal overnight and strain water in the morning and let it hang in the cotton cloth for 1-2 days..your sprouted moong is ready

    Now chop onion,tomato, cucumber and paneer..take anar..and boiled sweet corns

    Now take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well

    Now add all spices and chutney..add chat masala

    And serve with papad and enjoy..
