Firstly soak moong dal overnight and strain water in the morning and let it hang in the cotton cloth for 1-2 days..your sprouted moong is ready

Now chop onion,tomato, cucumber and paneer..take anar..and boiled sweet corns

Now take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well

Now add all spices and chutney..add chat masala

And serve with papad and enjoy..
