Ingredients

  • 1medium avocado
  • 1/2iceberg lettuce
  • 1small red onion
  • 4 tbspnatural yogurt
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1thick slice of lemon
  • 1/2 tspwholegrain mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Tear the lettuce with your hands, chop the avocado into chunks and slice the onions. Keep all fairly the same size.

  2. 2

    Mix all of the other ingredients in together with the ones above. With two forks toss the salad.
