In a bowl add maida,milk powder, salt,sugar,bread Improver and yeast.

Add egg. Add water and mix well. Add oil and mix well.

Knead a dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Make a big size roti and cut donuts shape with the help of donuts cutter.

Deep fry the donuts till golden brown. For topping, Melt the chocolate and cream in microwave. Mix well. Dip the donuts in chocolate mixture and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Donuts are ready to serve.
