First take a pan add ghee to it keep on medium flame and add crushed sewain to it fry it until it’s aromatic & golden brown

Then add your half crushed nuts and desiccated coconut one tablespoon.

Then keep flame on simmer and add condensed milk and mix well all ingredients so that every strand of sewain is mixed to condensed milk.

Then add it to a greased plate or pan and after two minutes make desired shapes marks in your sweet then let it rest for ten minutes then its ready to eat the yummy seviyya sweet and we can store it in airtight container up to a month like so do try and definitely share a cook snap if you try my recipe.
