Steps

Add rice, coconut milk and 1 1/2 cup of water to a pot and cook until ready

Grate carrot, finely chop garlic and rinse black beans.

Heat oil in pan and add garlic, carrot and morroccan seasoning (can also add cumin or chilli as well). Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato paste and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add black beans, chutney, water and vege stock. Cook for 5-7 mins until thickened.

Serve with rice :)
