  • 5-6Sweet Potatoes
  • as requiredDry Fruits of your choice and amount
  • 3 tablespoonsPowdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoongrated coconut
  • 1/4 CupGhee

Steps

40 Minutes
  1. 1

    Roast the Sweet Potatoes in Bati Cooker for 25 Minutes

    Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them.

    Heat ghee in a pan/cauldron.

    Add dry fruits, grated coconut and sugar into the ghee.

    Then add mashed sweet potatoes and mix well. Cook for not more than 5 minutes.

    Halwa is ready.
