Heat oil in a pan and saute onion tomato and green chillies

Beat eggs separately by adding all spices

Add eggs to the pan and spread evenly.

Arrange sliced sausages on eggs and cook for 3 minutes while covered

Now add cheese and again cook for another minute while covered

The cheese will now melt.

Dish out carefully and serve with toast or paratha
