Steps

For Ragda - pressure cook it - peas and Potato. Once it is boiled, mash it

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard. Once mustard crackled add onion. Saute for some time.

Add tomato puree, masala and salt.

Add mashed potatoes and peas mixture. Add some water. Let it boils. Add chopped coriander leaves.

For Pattice - take boiled potatoes. Mash it. Add masala and mix it well. Give shape it like a Pattice.

I deep fried it but if you wish you can shallow fry it.

Take some Ragda. Arrange patties on that. Sprinkle with some onion and green coriander leaves. Serve hot.
