1 TbspBalai (From Top of fresh milk)
1+ 1/2 Tsp Coffee
1/2 TspCoffee Mate Powder
2 TspSugar
1 cupmilk
Chocolate powder
Chocolate Syrup

Take Balai in Coffee cup. Add sugar and coffee to it. Beat it well with a spoon or beater until it becomes fluffy.

Use Chocolate syrup to cover the side walls of cup.

Add boiling milk to the mixture in the form of a stream. This will help you create real frothy coffee.

Top it up with cocoa powder and its ready to serve.
