Lower calorie cinnamon roll with frosting

Ingredients

  1. Dough:
  2. 1 cupSelf rising flour
  3. 1 cupFage 0% Greek yogurt
  4. 1/4 cuplight brown sugar
  5. 10sprays of I can’t believe it’s not butter 0 calorie spray
  6. 1 tbspcinnamon
  7. Cream cheese glaze:
  8. 1 tbspbutter melted
  9. 1 1/2 tbspwhipped cream cheese
  10. 2 1/2 tbsppowdered sugar
  11. 1 tspvanilla almond milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixer add the yogurt and flour and mix until it forms a ball. Sprinkle your cutting board with a little flour so you can roll the dough out to your preference.

    Spray the dough with butter and top the dough with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough into a log and then cut into 10 portions. They should look like a pinwheel about 1 inch thick. In a baking pan spray with non-stick spray and place your dough about 1/2 apart. Cook on 350 for 20 min.

    In a bowl melt butter. Add cream cheese, milk and sugar to the melted butter whisking it until you get a cream consistency. When the cinnamon rolls are done cooking let cool for a few min and top with the cream cheese glaze. Enjoy.
