Ingredients

20 minutes
2 peoples
  • 1 cuprava
  • 1 cupcurd
  • As required water
  • 1 tspeno
  • To taste salt
  • To taste red chilli powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix rava and curd. Mix it properly to avoid lump. Rest mixture for 10 minutes.

    Boil water in a deep utensil in which idli stand can fit until 1 boil. Now grease idli stand.

  3. 3

    Now add Eno to the mixture and mix it quickly. Now pour the mixture into the idli stand. Fill only 3/4 mixture in each mould.

    Put it in a steamed utensil and steam for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes check by inserting a toothpick in idlis if it comes clean then idlis are ready.

  5. 5

    Cool for 5 minutes and take out idlis with the help of a knife.

    Soft Idlis are ready. Serve with chutney.
