Take a plate, put Water n dip bread n remove water by pressing and put chopped fruits on it. make balls out of it.

Take plate put the bread ball n sweened curd on top, put green chunety, tamarind chutney, sprinkle jeera powder, red chilli powder, sev, n garnish with Coriander.
