Firstly add the leftover dal wheat flour, salt, ajwain, green chilli, ginger and onions, in a bowl. Mix everything well and knead it into a smooth dough.

Make a ball from the dough, roll it around and make it into a ball shape. Dust the dough in flour and flatten it using a rolling to a circle.

Place it on hot tawa and cook on both sides until they get cooked. Put ghee on both the sides of paratha.

Serve Left Over Dal Paratha hot with raita or pickle.
