First, wash chillies well and wipe them. Cut a slit lengthwise in the chillies. Apply some salt inside the chillies. For stuffing grate paneer in a bowl. Add grated cheese and spices to it. Stuff chillies with paneer stuffing.

Now for batter take besan in a bowl. Add all spices and water to make a batter of flowing consistency. Dip each chili in the batter.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these pakoras till golden brown. Take it out on absorbent paper. Enjoy the crispy pakoras with chutney and a cup of tea.
