  • 200 gmmakhana/fox nut
  • 100 gmgur/jaggery
  • 1 tspraisins
  • 2 tspcashew nuts
  • 4 dates
  • 2bay leaves
  • 3green cardamom
  • 500 mlcow milk
  • Pinchsalt

    Boil the milk n make it half while boiling the milk.add green cardamom.

    Roast makhana in the tawa n add to the boiling milk.

    Now the milk is made thick.off the flame. Keep a side after 5 mins add gur n pinch of salt.now add all dry fruits in this amrit.now it is ready to serve.
