Cheese chilli dip

Keep all the ingredients finely chopped. I used coriander sticks here instead of leaves, you can use both.

In a non-stick pan put ghee/butter. Let it heat.

Add chopped coriander sticks and green chillies to it and fry them for a minute or 2. Keep them aside.

In the same pan, pour the milk and let it boil. Add cheese slice to it after the milk is boiled.

Add grated cheese to the milk.

Now add coriander leaves, green chillies, capsicum, by leaf to this and let it boil for 10 minutes. Keep stiring it.

Once the mixture is boil for few more minutes, you will see the milk getting thicker. Turn off the flame and pour it in a glass bowl. Let it dry and refrigerate it.

Enjoy it with nachos as an evening snack.
