Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupjaggery
  3. 4 tbspoil
  4. 3 tbspcurd
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. 1/4 cupmilk
  8. 2 tspmelon seeds
  9. as neededdry fruits (Almond, Pistachios)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl put curd,jaggery,&oil whisk nicely,than sieve the wheatflour,bakingpowder&bakingsoda.

    Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients.Add milk prepared a cake batter.Grease a cake mould with butter& flour.

    Transfer the batter on cake mould & put on a preheated kadhei.put a stand &a plate,than put the cake tin.Baked it 45 mints on medium low flame.

    Wheatflour Jiggery cake is ready.Cool it & demould the cake & serve it as a cup of tea.
