Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  • 1 cupSooji Rava
  • 1 cup or As per your tastesugar
  • 3 tbspcocount grated
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 1 small glassmilk
  • 10cashews
  • 10Kismish
  • 1 tsp Elachi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add 1cup of sooji rava.

  2. 2

    Just fry the rava until the raw smell goes away on low flame(don't bring it in brown color.

  3. 3

    After the raw smell leave remove the roasted rava in a vessel.

  4. 4

    Now add coconut grated in the same pan and fry fr 2 minutes on low flame.

  5. 5

    Remove in the same vessel.

  6. 6

    Now take 1 cup sugar or as per your taste.Put in a mixer n gring coarsely (don't make it as a powder).

    Put the sugar in the same vessel.

    In the same pan add 2 tsp of ghee

  9. 9

    Once the ghee gets heated add cashews n raisins n fry until golden brown

  10. 10

    Remove them in the same vessel.

  11. 11

    Put cardamom powder in the rava mixture. Now give a good touch to these Ingredients.

  12. 12

    Now add milk little n check whether we can make a ladoo or not.If not add milk n give good mix till we form a small ladoo. Don't add too much of milk.Add little by little.

    Keep this aside fr 1 hour.

  14. 14

    After 1 hr make small ladoos.That's it.our rava ladoo is ready.

  15. 15

    Note:after 1 hr if you can't make a ladoo you can add little milk.
