Veg Manchurian with Gravy

For manchurian balls, take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Grease both the palms with oil and make small balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls on medium flame till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.

For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, chopped vegetables and salt. Stir fry on high flame for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup and water.

Now mix cornflour and water to make slurry and add to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes till the gravy thickens. Lastly add fried manchurian balls and mix well. Turn off the flame and serve hot with fried rice.
