Ingredients

  • 4 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspgrated nutmeg
  • 1/4sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour into clean bowl

  2. 2

    Add sugar, salt and nutmeg

  3. 3

    Add water bit by bit as you use turning stick to turn continuously,break in egg and mix till smooth (free from lumps)

  4. 4

    Note: it shouldn't be watery, it should be paste

  5. 5

    Ready for use
