Firstly, take all the above ingredients together and clean coriander leaves bunch and roughly chopped, take a chopped Coriander leaves in a big plate, add ajwain, cumin seeds chili powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste and salt as per taste 1 tbsp oil in it.

Mix it well, once the mixed well add rice flour and besan and keep mixing slowly by adding besan mix it until it should be able to hold its proper shape, now our Vadi mixture is ready.

Now take a mixture directly spread it on grease flat plate sprinkles some seasome seeds and put in the steamer for 10 to 15 minutes, after 15 minutes our Vadi is cooked.

Remove from steamer and cut into small pieces, then dip fry the kothimbir Vadi and serve hot in a serving plate sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
