1/2 kgyellow moong dal
400 gmghee
250 gmpowder sugar
1/2 tspcardamom powder
1/2 cupchopped dryfruits(almonds, pistachio)

Steps

Soak Dal in water for 4 hrs. Drain it and crush in mixie. Make a thick slurry paste

Take a pan heat ghee and roast paste till golden brown

Let it cool then add mix left over ingredients to it

Make ball of Ladoo with help of your hands

Ladoo is ready
