Hot and Spicy Grilled Chicken

Keep ready & handy all the aforementioned ingredients & apply it as & when required...

In a mixing bowl: Add in the aforementioned spices, peri peri sauce (powder), oil & mix everything well together

Now, dip the Chicken pieces into the same & well coat with the marinade & let it rest in the same mixture for about 20-30 mins time

Heat up a frying pan over the high flame- When fully heated, reduce the flame to medium & drop in the marinated Chicken pieces into it & sauté well until nicely brown or charred

Each side to be sautéed/charred for at least 5-7 mins time or until nicely brown in colour- Apply or Brush some oil onto each side, when flipped over

When, frying the chicken pieces- You need to be mindful to reduce & keep the flame on the medium-low, else chances are more to get it burnt even before cooking through well

Once done: Turn off the flame & dish out to a serving platter- Garnish with the charred veggies of your choice- (which also need be fried the same way as that of the chicken pieces)
