1to 2 Tomatoes
5 tbspWhite sauce
1Melting cheese
1 dashParmesan cheese
1 pinchBlack pepper
1 pinchDried parsley

Steps

Wash the tomatoes and wipe off the water. Remove the stems and slice thinly.

Put the white sauce in a heatproof dish, and place the tomatoes on top. Top with the melting cheese, Parmesan, black pepper and dried parsley.

Bake in the oven at 200℃ for 15-20 minutes to finish.
