Steps

Fry the urad flour in ghee on slow flame till it leaves aroma. Then fry the gond and off the gas.

Once it is cooled add all the ingredients except jaggery and mix well

Now in another kadai take ghee and Add jaggery
- 4
Quickly off the gas once the jaggery melts
- 5
Now add the ladoo mixture and mix well.

Now give it ladoo shape.

You can even pour it in box and cut it into pieces or make ladoos as you wish
