Ingredients

  • 500 gmschicken
  • 2large onions
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1tejpatta
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 th tsp sugar
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspkashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 2 tbspghee 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 4tomatoes
  • as requiredFresh cream
  • 1 tspgarom masala powder
  • 2 tbspkaju /kishmish paste
  • 1 tspchings chicken masalas
  • As requiredSome coriander leaves

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    At first boil tomatoes.

    Heat kadai with ghee and oil and fry onion and make a paste.

    Fry onion ginger garlic and chilli paste.

    Add chicken with it.

    Add kaju kishmish paste, tomato puree.

    Add all masalas and fry very well.

    Add 3 cups of water.

    Now add fresh cream, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and gorom masalas.
