Since I heard that grilling radishes enhances their sweetness, I tried it out and seasoned them in butter and ponzu. Since they are so charming, try them as garnish for your main dish.

Ingredients

  1. 4to 5 Radishes
  2. 10 gramsButter
  3. 2 tspPonzu
  4. 1Krazy Salt (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the radishes into halves, the leaves still attached.

  2. 2

    Brine with Krazy Salt, then grill in frying pan for about 5 minutes on low heat. Turn them over from time to time.

  3. 3

    When they are slightly browned, remove from heat, then coat well in butter and ponzu sauce. Brown again on low heat to cook out the water content, then serve.
