1/2 mediumOnion
1 cloveGarlic
1 1/2 tbspOlive oil
2Tomatoes
1 1/2~ 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
1Salt and black pepper
1as much (to taste) Chili pepper (cayenne pepper)

Steps

Take the seeds out of the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. If you mind the skin, peel them in boiling water. I left skin on in the picture.

Saute the chopped onions and garlic in olive oil. Add the tomatoes when the onions become translucent.

Saute until the tomatoes lose their shape and meld with the onions.

Add ketchup, salt and pepper, and saute for a bit to cook the sourness out of the ketchup.

To finish, add as much chili pepper as you like.
